The following resources are designed to help you prepare for a mission trip.  The mission team member manual contains the following:

All of the following forms should be completed by each mission team member and turned into either the team leader or the church office.  These are all PDF files.  If you have trouble downloading any of these files make sure that you have the latest versions of Internet Expolrer and Adobe Acrobat on your computer.
