Faith Groups

Faith Groups are an integral part of our mission to make disciples who KNOW, GROW, SERVE, and GO. These small groups provide a place for people to grow together through fellowship, prayer, and Bible Study. Feel free to visit one group this week and another next week, but we pray you’ll quickly join a group that leads to lasting community.

Core Classes are designed to increase your knowledge of God’s Word, key doctrines, and spiritual habits. These classes reflect the core of what every growing disciple should know as we are on mission to make disciples who know Christ, grow together, serve others, and go to our neighbors and the nations.

FALL CORE CLASSES

  • Bible & Theology Cohort

    40 WEEK CORE CLASS (AUGUST-MAY)

    Explore the story of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation - while growing deeper in theology alongside others. The Bible & Theology Cohort is an interactive experience led by trusted professors. Open to believers at any stage, this weekly course will challenge and shape your faith. Cost includes two books and a study Bible. Space is limited - sign up today!

  • Psalm 119: Treasuring God's Word in All of Life

    14 WEEK FAITH WOMEN CORE CLASS

    Psalm 119 invites us to delight in God’s Word and trust His faithfulness in every season of life. Whether we are walking through suffering, waiting on the Lord, battling temptation, or experiencing joy, Scripture reminds us that God is faithful. Together we will learn to treasure God and His Word, allowing His truth to shape our hearts, strengthen our faith, and transform the way we live each day.

  • Defending the Faith

    14 WEEK CORE CLASS

    Can we be sure that God exists? How do we know God’s Word is true? Was Jesus really raised from the dead? Is Christianity the one true faith, or are there many ways to God? How should Christians respond to moral relativism and other challenges to the faith? This study explores these and other difficult questions, equipping believers with biblical answers to common objections and greater confidence in the truth of the gospel.

  • The Sermon on the Mount

    14 WEEK CORE CLASS

    This series will be a detailed study of the greatest sermon ever preached by the greatest preacher who ever lived, our Lord’s Sermon on the Mount. This study will probe the purpose of the sermon, the believer’s empowerment to live by the sermon, and offer practical applications of the principles in the sermon.

  • Every Member Matters

    14 WEEK CORE CLASS

    Does church membership matter? Is church membership like joining Sam’s Club? What does it mean to be a healthy church member? Discover what God’s Word says about biblical ecclesiology and meaningful church membership. This class is for Faith members and guests who desire to grow deeper in their experience of the church!

  • 8 Money Milestones

    6 WEEK CORE CLASS

    What if you walked away from a financial program, not just with a plan for financial health, but a deeper relationship with God? This class will help you eliminate debt, get control of your finances, and live more generously. Registration includes a workbook, access to the curriculum, and other resources.

Discipleship Groups

Discipleship Groups are small groups of 3-5 believers of the same gender who meet together for discipleship and accountability. These groups form organically from our Faith Groups and most Discipleship groups use our Bible reading plan as the basis for their time in God’s Word each week.

Prayer Groups

Our prayer groups pray together on Sunday mornings during all three worship gatherings in Room 114 located in the Go Gallery. Each hour, these groups commit to pray over our worship gatherings, members, pastors and Faith Groups. By coming together in prayer, we invite God to lead and bless all aspects of our ministry.

Sunday Prayer Partners

Prayer partners are available at the end of our worship gatherings to pray with and for anyone who requests their support. They are compassionate members of our church who offer are ready and willing to pray one-on-one. They stand near the stage steps during the closing response time.

Women’s Faith Group

Men’s Faith Groups

Fridays @ 7:00 AM in the Lobby | Led by Jeff Pope

This group is full of new believers and seasoned followers of Jesus who endeavor to focus on God’s Word in order to become better servants of the Lord through recognizing the need for holiness and discipline in their Christian walks. Together, they encourage one another through the daily sanctification process so that their lives are more reflective of Jesus Christ and less like the world.

Beginning with worship through music, then Ken Fuhrer leads us on an in-depth study of the Bible, followed by small-group discussion that allows us to apply the truths from Scripture and to recognize issues that men face.

Faith Men’s Saturday Breakfast

Once a Month | 8:00-9:30 AM

What is most amazing about the disciples is that Jesus ever selected them at all: among them, a handful of common fishermen, a hated tax collector, and an impulsive political zealot. They were ordinary men! Come join Faith Men as we read John MacArthur’s Twelve Ordinary Men together and study the lives of the disciples. Each month we will enjoy breakfast, fellowship, and study God’s Word.
