DESIGN APPROVAL REQUEST

Turnaround Times and Other Helpful Info

  • New Event Branding – Submitted 5+ Weeks Prior to Promotion Start Date 
    Event promotion image and supplemental resources/assets request. When you request this, a 30-minute meeting will be scheduled to discuss additional resources needed for the event and we’ll agree upon a timeline for those assets. No need to submit separate request forms for each item (unless it’s added after the meeting). Possible event assets include event page/ccb form image, worship center preroll slide, booklets, handouts, postcards, invites, binders, stickers, shirts, promotional items, bags, labels, QR codes, centerpieces, giveaways, signage, photography, printing, social media, post event recaps, etc. 

  • Proofreading/Editing – 1-2 Week Turnaround 
    Emails, study guides, resources, etc. The longer the document, the longer the turnaround. The returned document will be an unformatted Word doc.  

  • Resource Creation – 3+ Week Turnaround 
    This is for ongoing resources used at multiple events or made available in the lobby. Examples: Bible reading plan, study guides, training manuals, etc.   

  • Series Branding – Submitted 6 Weeks Before Start Date 
    Initial title and description of themes/ideas submitted then we’ll schedule a brief meeting to work out the details and timeline for additional resources. This is available for kids, students, core classes, etc.  

  • Paper Signage – 1 Week Turnaround 
    This includes table signs, sign inserts, door signs that can be printed on our copy machines.  

  • Other Signage – 3+ Weeks Turnaround (includes production/shipping) 
    This includes outdoor banners, a-frame signs, vinyl lettering, etc. 

  • Web Edits – 1-2 Week Turnaround  
    Staff photos/info, event page changes (repeating events or a registration link/text update only) or other updates to text on the website.  

  • Document Faith-itizing – 2-4 Week Turnaround (Dependent on length and other projects) 
    Request this type of project if you have a Word document you need formatted to reflect the Faith brand but still want easily editable by you in the future.  

  • Video Production – 4 Weeks Notice 
    Submit the purpose and any ideas for your video on the form and we’ll schedule a 30-minute meeting to clarify and create a filming and production schedule.  

  • Promotional Items – 4 Week Turnaround 
    You’ll need to know your quantity and budget when requesting. This includes t-shirts and other apparel, bags, hats, stress balls, cups, stickers, etc. If all that’s required is a logo on an item or a simple reorder of a previous purchase the turnaround may be shorter but will include the design, production, and shipping.

  • Other – Turnaround TBD 
    If you don’t think what you’re asking for falls into any of the above categories, select this options and we’ll discuss.  

  • Design Approval – Submitted  2+ Weeks Before You’re Using It 
    If you don’t want to wait for the Communications Team to complete a project for you, you’re welcome to create something for your ministry, however, it must be approved. Upload your document or a picture of your document to this form. All submissions will be reviewed on the following Monday morning and approval or instructions for revisions will be given.
