Faith Groups are an integral part of our mission to make disciples who KNOW, GROW, SERVE, and GO. These small groups provide a place for people to grow together through fellowship, prayer, and Bible Study. Feel free to visit one group this week and another next week, but we pray you’ll quickly join a group that leads to lasting community.

Core Classes

Core Classes are designed to increase your knowledge of God’s Word, key doctrines, and spiritual habits. These classes reflect the core of what every growing disciple should know as we are on mission to make disciples who know Christ, grow together, serve others, and go to our neighbors and the nations.

WINTER CORE CLASSES

Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 PM | January 14 - March 11

  • Bible and Theology Cohort | 14 Week Core Class

    Explore the story of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation - while growing deeper in theology alongside others. The Bible & Theology Cohort is an interactive experience led by trusted professors. Open to believers at any stage, this weekly course will challenge and shape your faith. Cost includes two books and a study Bible. Jump into the second semester of the Bible & Theology Cohort!

    The Bible is essential to our lives as disciples of Jesus. Join Dr. Rhyne Putman to learn how you can read (and study) the Bible for all its worth!

  • Jesus, the "I AM" | 9 Week Core Class

    The Gospel of John records Jesus saying, “I am the light of the world,” “I am the Good Shepherd,” “I am the bread of life,” and more. But what does it mean for us today? Examine the uniqueness of Christ and explore the practical implications of His deity for our daily lives. This class will dig into Old Testament origins and the controversy that these statements generated during Jesus’ ministry, offering an impactful and practical Bible study for today.

As we study a selection of the Psalms, we’ll grow in our love for God’s Word, learn how to pray with honesty and faith, and be encouraged to worship and trust the Lord in every circumstance.

  • Sent to the Workplace | 9 Week Core Class

    As Christ followers, we have been sent as His ambassadors to our workplaces, whether that’s the marketplace. at home, or as volunteers in our communities. Learn how your work matters to God and has eternal significance. Practice basic missional and cross-cultural skills to “show and tell” the Good News. This class will help you integrate your faith and work.

Discipleship Groups

Discipleship Groups are small groups of 3-5 believers of the same gender who meet together for discipleship and accountability. These groups form organically from our Faith Groups and most Discipleship groups use our Bible reading plan as the basis for their time in God’s Word each week.

Prayer Groups

Our prayer groups gather on Sunday and Wednesday mornings with a focused commitment to pray over our church services, members, and Faith Groups. These dedicated times provide a collective opportunity to seek guidance, support, and spiritual strength for our community. By coming together in prayer, we reinforce the foundation of our church, encourage one another, and invite God’s presence to lead and bless all aspects of our ministry.

Men’s Faith Groups

Sundays @ 9:30 AM in Room 217 | Led by Monty Ray

This group gathers together weekly for fellowship, prayer, and to study God’s Word.

Fridays @ 7:00 AM in the Lobby | Led by Jeff Pope

This group is full of new believers and seasoned followers of Jesus who endeavor to focus on God’s Word in order to become better servants of the Lord through recognizing the need for holiness and discipline in their Christian walks. Together, they encourage one another through the daily sanctification process so that their lives are more reflective of Jesus Christ and less like the world.

Beginning with worship through music, then Ken Fuhrer leads us on an in-depth study of the Bible, followed by small-group discussion that allows us to apply the truths from Scripture and to recognize issues that men face.

Faith Men’s Breakfast

Second Saturday of Every Month | 8:00-9:30 AM

What is most amazing about the disciples is that Jesus ever selected them at all: among them, a handful of common fishermen, a hated tax collector, and an impulsive political zealot. They were ordinary men! Come join Faith Men as we read John MacArthur’s Twelve Ordinary Men together and study the lives of the disciples. Each month we will enjoy breakfast, fellowship, and study God’s Word.
