SUMMER Women’s Morning Core Class Begins
Wednesdays, June 3-August 5, 9:30-11:30 AM
Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World | Do you, like Mary, long to sit at the Lord’s feet… but the daily demands of a busy world just won’t leave you alone? Do you, like Martha, love Jesus and really want to serve Him… yet you struggle with weariness, resentment, and feelings of inadequacy? Together we’ll see how Jesus invites us to choose “the better part” - a joyful life of intimacy with Him that flows naturally into loving service. We’ll learn how Marys and Marthas alike, can draw closer to our Lord: deepening our devotion, strengthening our service, and doing both with less stress and greater joy. TAUGHT BY KIERSTEN LEWIS | WOMEN | FREE | ROOM TBD
SUMMER Adult Evening Core Classes Begin
Wednesdays, June 3-August 5, 6:30-8:00 PM
1 Chronicles | 1-2 Chronicles tells the same story as 1-2 Samuel and 1-2 Kings, except it leaves out all of the fun parts. Is that your view of the book? Come and find out, through a study of 1 Chronicles, that your impressions of the book might be mistaken and that it is actually crucial for getting us from the Old Testament to Jesus. TAUGHT BY DR. TODD BORGER | CO-ED | FREE | ROOM TBD
Overflowing Joy | Whether you’re facing ordinary, daily pressures or an unexpected season of suffering that seems to have no end, sometimes it feels like Jesus’ promise of “overflowing joy” is simply not within reach for your real life. As we study John 15, we’ll find three surprising paths to a truly joy-filled life: God’s pruning, God’s presence, and God’s commands and learn how to experience a genuinely joy-filled life - no matter the season or circumstance! TAUGHT BY CAROLYN RICH | WOMEN | FREE | ROOM TBD

Theme of 2026
“Those who have insight will shine like the bright expanse of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever.” - Daniel 12:3 (CSB)
The Book of Daniel emphasizes the importance of shining for Jesus in a culture filled with darkness. It showcases how Daniel and his friends remain steadfast in their faith despite being surrounded by a society that pressures them to conform. Students will learn how they can live in the culture without conforming to the culture. Each character and story highlight God’s sovereignty and power as He controls the fate of nations and individuals, reminding us that no matter the darkness, God’s light will prevail. This points us to Jesus, who is the greater Daniel and will ultimately come as the light of the world to provide salvation for all who will believe.

4000 Steps Prayer Walk
Human Coalition and Love Life partner for the “4000 Steps” event in Raleigh, an interactive, family-friendly walk designed to raise awareness and support for life-affirming, anti-abortion causes. The initiative highlights the 4,000 babies lost daily to abortion, encouraging community involvement to support women facing unplanned pregnancies through resources, counseling, and mentorship.
Here the whole family will have the opportunity to journey through the common challenges that brave women and men who are seeking an abortion must overcome in order to find hope and choose life for their child. Enjoy lunch, family activities and hear the stories of some of our former clients.
The event is designed to engage the hearts and minds of the participants and help them understand the realities involved in the Cause of LIFE. Everyone will leave with great ideas for ministering into the lives of our clients and the community as a whole.
4000 Steps is a FUN, family friendly, stroller accessible event with games, prizes and FREE FOOD. All are welcome!
Key Aspects of the 4000 Steps Event & Partnership:
1. Goal: To raise awareness of the abortion crisis and encourage community action, often featuring educational activities and guest speakers.
2. Partnership: Human Coalition (which provides telecare, clinics, and care coordination) partners with local churches and pro-life groups like Love Life.
3. Event Focus: The event highlights the need for a “Continuum of Care” for both the mother and child, emphasizing that supportive, local communities can make abortion unnecessary.
4. Actionable Support: Participants are encouraged to mentor families and speak about the value of life.

Faith College: Secret Church
Join us for Secret Church on Friday April 17 starting at 6:00 PM and running late into the night. Secret Church is an opportunity to strengthen your faith, grow in theological understanding, and pray intentionally for persecuted Christians and global missions. Located in Room 214
What is Secret Church?
Years ago, David Platt taught and ministered to believers in underground house churches in Asia—brothers and sisters who gathered in secret, fully aware that discovery could cost them their freedom, their families, or their lives. Their faith was not shaped by comfort or convenience, but by a deep devotion to God and His Word.
Secret Church was born from these encounters. Each spring, tens of thousands of believers around the world set aside one evening to open the Scriptures, pray for the persecuted church, and give sacrificially, longing to see Jesus made known in the places where is he is least known.
